Old Cedar in Spring
Watercolor on paper. This cedar (a Red Cedar, which is actually a juniper) is near a path I maintain through an area turning into woods. I made a woodcut of it called "Winter Solstice Cedar" so this is it in another season. Mulberry and Wild Black Cherry trees are growing up around it and may eventually win out.
